Privacy Notice

Avilox Jobs Gateway uses the details you choose to share to respond to you, provide the service you requested and handle your purchase. This notice applies across the website, including free job help, paid services, the newsletter, contact and collaboration forms.

Who is responsible

AVILOX JOBS GATEWAY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U78100DL2025OPC447941), trading as Avilox Jobs Gateway, is responsible for the website’s form and service information. Piyush Parneet acts as a brand face. Operating location: Gurugram, Haryana, India. Grievance Officer: Piyush Parneet. Customer care: hr@aviloxjobs.com. A fuller geographic address may be required before paid checkout; the registered street address is not shown on this site.

Information we may collect

Do not send passwords, card numbers, CVV, government identifiers, health information or confidential third-party material. We do not need them for the services described here.

Why we use it

A job application or free-support request is not used as consent to marketing. Paid products are not a condition of using free job-search help.

When information is shared

Avilox team members and service providers receive information only as needed to handle your request. For a referral, we use the friend’s details only to follow up about opportunities and the referral; the referrer should get their friend’s agreement before submitting those details. Netlify processes website hosting and form submissions, including newsletter opt-ins. Newsletter delivery is not automated at present; if notes are sent, the opted-in list is handled manually until a mailing provider is connected and disclosed. Razorpay may process payment when checkout is enabled. Each provider has its own privacy terms and may process data in locations outside your country. We will not give a resume or profile to a prospective employer without your separate, specific permission. We may disclose information if lawfully required by a regulator, court or law-enforcement authority.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use a resume for advertising or publish candidate materials as testimonials.

Retention

We keep enquiry and resume information only for as long as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, normally no longer than 12 months after the enquiry closes, unless you ask us to keep it for an active service or a longer period is required for a legal claim. Order and accounting records are kept for the period required by applicable law. Newsletter contact details are kept until you unsubscribe; a minimal suppression record may be retained so we can respect that choice. Deletion requests can be sent to the Help Centre.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct or delete information, withdraw newsletter consent, or ask how your information is being used by emailing hr@aviloxjobs.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting and may retain records required by law. Rights and response requirements vary by country; any stronger mandatory rights in your location continue to apply.

Security, children and cookies

We limit access to people handling requests and use hosting/payment providers to support service delivery. No online service can promise perfect security. If you believe your information has been sent to the wrong place, tell us promptly. The services are designed for adults; do not submit information for a child under 18. This site does not intentionally use advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting providers may use essential security logs or technologies described in their own notices.

Legal framework and changes

Indian privacy requirements currently include the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Rules, 2025 were notified with phased commencement. As of this review, the Gazette schedules the DPDP Rules’ Rule 4 one year after publication (13 November 2026) and Rules 3, 5–16, 22 and 23 eighteen months after publication (13 May 2027); key Act provisions are also phased. We will review and update this notice and our actual data practices before those milestones. If we change our providers or purposes materially, we will update this notice and provide any notice/choice required by law.

Automatic price estimates

Your browser requests daily exchange rates from Frankfurter. The request is made directly from your device, so that service may receive standard connection data such as your IP address. If you allow the one-time location check, the browser requests location permission; after permission, we round the coordinates and send the approximate location to BigDataCloud once to identify the country and choose a currency. We do not store the coordinates or track location over time; we keep the selected currency code and whether you dismissed or granted the location prompt in your browser’s local storage so we can remember your choice. The displayed conversion is an estimate; final payment or referral currency and amount are confirmed in writing.
