About Piyush

Progress is personal.
So is the work.

I’m Piyush Parneet. The work I care about begins with a simple thought: there is a person behind every application, every hiring need and every next step.

A little about me? I’m the person who will ask one more question, look for one more possibility, and probably say, “Okay—but what if we tried this?”

A note about the work

One person can carry many chapters.

Over the years, I’ve worked across different sectors and kinds of roles. Each change taught me something about people: how much courage it takes to begin again, how a team can shape a person’s day, and how one thoughtful opportunity can change what seems possible.

I’ve learned by taking on unfamiliar challenges and finding a way through them. That way of learning still guides me. I listen, ask questions, build what I need, then keep adjusting as I understand more.

Recruitment is where many of those lessons meet. It brings people, teams and possibilities into one conversation—and reminds me that a resume can show experience, but it can never contain the whole person.

“The next step doesn’t need to explain your whole life. It just needs to make room for what you can become.”

What stays with me

People are more than the moment they’re in.

Someone may be between jobs, changing direction or trying to explain experience that doesn’t fit neatly into one title. That moment is real, but it isn’t the limit of their ability.

I want the work I do to help people see the room around that moment: the skills they can carry elsewhere, the questions worth asking and the opportunities they might not have found alone.

That is why I try to stay truthful about the process, practical about the next step and generous with the person in front of me.

My work today

Connect people with possibilities.

I work in global recruitment, including U.S. IT staffing and language-professional talent, with clients and candidates across India, the Philippines, West Africa and the United States. The work spans IT and non-IT hiring, from entry-level roles through experienced and leadership positions.

Through Avilox Jobs Gateway, I work with a wider network of freelancers, consultancies, vendors and companies. Together, we look for relevant opportunities, help candidates present their strengths and support them through the hiring process. Some job recommendations are free; optional paid services provide more hands-on profile support.

I’m also building a team of passionate people who want to make useful things happen and aim higher than expected. If you care about people, take initiative and learn from a challenge, I’d like to hear what you want to build.
