One person can carry many chapters.
Over the years, I’ve worked across different sectors and kinds of roles. Each change taught me something about people: how much courage it takes to begin again, how a team can shape a person’s day, and how one thoughtful opportunity can change what seems possible.
I’ve learned by taking on unfamiliar challenges and finding a way through them. That way of learning still guides me. I listen, ask questions, build what I need, then keep adjusting as I understand more.
Recruitment is where many of those lessons meet. It brings people, teams and possibilities into one conversation—and reminds me that a resume can show experience, but it can never contain the whole person.
